Should i hate him forever?

ok in november this not so hawt guy asked me out my friend sais yes for me without telling me then he came and gave me a kiss on the cheek and i was like wtf and hes just like were dating and im like hell no and broke up with him from then till like end of december my friends kept making us date and stuff then when i broke it off for sure he started calling me a slut and whore and **** i confronted him about it and then he tackled me down a hill like play tackle he thought but it was serious and i had to get my guy friends to get him off of me cuz he was holding me down so they did he called me a slut and what ever then he pined me to a locker playfully i kicked him in the balls to get him off and then we had a huge verbal fight and it was huge i was trying to punch him and his and my guy friends were holding me back he said stuff i sais stuff it was huge and then he said something and i went after him so his big brother had to come over and hold me cuz i was about to kill him yaaa soo hes called me a slut since then and ive called him a douche and stuff but should i hate him and do u think its werid to maybe still sorta have feelings for him ???
