Whats the best color eye shadow for me?

I have eyes that were blue, but are now more greenish. But its not like BAM green! It's more like "yaaa...maybe that could be green...maybe it could be blue." No definite color. Which sucks. So i'm settling on teal. My eyes are teal. I like the smokey eye looks, and just bought a grey smokey eye combo, but it did not make eyes pop. I want people to notice my stupid eye color. what should i use?
