Libra said "Iove u" ?

Im trying to be friends with this Libra but before that we were in a sexual relationship. I honestly do Love him but I didn't want to confuse things so i just said "Love yaaa" in a friend so I wouldn't come on to strong but they he responded back "Love u" does the word Love mean anything to a Libra do they throw the word around and they don't mean it at all? I asked him how much and he said "A bunch" but i don't know if hes Lying or not. Help ?
