I need help i dont know if i am psychic or not PEASE HELP?

Ok well i just turned 13 and before my birthday there was something in my room knocking my stuff over do they want to communicate? i also see something by my stairs like a shadow and one is white and one is black. This is not the first time this has happend to me i have seen my grandfather with my uncle and my uncle was a little boy when he came to me. I have deja vu alot and once i have told a girl at my school stuff about her just messing around and i was right i dont know if i am or not sometimes i can read people mind before they say it and yaaa soo HELP PLEASE what do i do if i am ???????
