What color eye shadow should a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes wear?

I usually wear black sparkly eye shadow (not too thick) and I think it looks good, but my dad always says I look like a raccoon.....i kinda dont like him and he doesnt really like me...soooo yaaa tell me what color eye shadow you think i should wear :)
