Shampoo and/or Conditioner to defrizz, thicken, straighten, moisturize, strengthen, soften, and shine my hair?

Please give me some great suggestions for mens shampoo that is relatively a good price and smells great but does most or all of these things. Just a good all round shampoo/conditioner cuz my hair is gross. It is like frizzy and dried out and curly and always bad and yaaa i just need a better shampoo cuz mine is bad thats the problem so please help. thanks. btw my hair is blonde medium length and thin if that helps but i wanna fix my problems.
