Ipod touch (4th gen) jailbreak question?

Ok I got the ipod touch 4 and am wondering what is best jailbreak to use, Greenp0ison or any other one... I just dont want a virus (obviously) lol but yaaa any suggestions and help wud be appreciated, thnx in advance
