Can anyone tell me what the wattage of the resistors in this schematic should be (see below)?

none of the resistors will drop more than 1/100 watt, so the common 1/8 watt size works fine. however the schematic does not show a capacitor on the output of the 5 volt regulator chip. there should be a small (0.05 uF) plastic cap there to prevent oscillation and instability.
